So we have to insist that all sales are final. Exceptions are made of course for any damage during shipping. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage prior to opening, if possible. Then contact us at studio@tinacciphoto.com or call 707-931-0127 and we will make arrangements to replace your print.
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
