I don't see the size or type of Print I want...

We'd be happy to discuss printing images at different sizes or on different media. We can also change the colors and tones of certain photos to suit your needs or decor. Contact us at studio@tinacciphoto.com or call 707-931-0127 to chat about options.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the items you are ordering as well as your location. During the checkout process you'll be given the shipping options available and associated costs. Note: we do not charge tax on shipping fees, and shipping fees are not discounted if you have a coupon.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total. Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required) Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required) Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,  We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Can I pick up my print at your Sonoma gallery?

Absolutely - we'd love to see you! Give us a call before you order so we can discuss scheduling.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

We strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting prior to ordering with the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview throughout this online store. So we have to insist that all sales are final. Exceptions are made of course for any damage during shipping. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage prior to opening, if possible. Then contact us at studio@tinacciphoto.com or call 707-931-0127 and we will make arrangements to replace your print.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

If your order has not already gone into production then you may be able cancel it. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
